Skylar brings a strong foundation in finance and client service to her role at Tamarind Financial Planning. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from West Texas A&M University and has two years of experience serving clients in the financial planning industry.

With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for organization, Skylar plays an important role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You may hear from her from time to time as she assists with account openings, distributions, and account updates—ensuring everything is handled accurately and efficiently.

Outside the office, Skylar’s top priority is her family. She recently became a mom—her favorite role yet—and loves spending time at home, especially when there’s a strategy board game on the table or a lively trivia challenge underway. She and her husband are avid music lovers who make it a tradition to attend Austin City Limits Music Festival each year. Self-declared movie buffs, they’re always up for a night at the theater or exploring a new city on their next adventure.
